Loan $700,000 To Golf Courses? - Wednesday 60 Minute Poll

The city of Toledo is suggesting a one time loan of $700,000 to the municipal golf courses so they can replace equipment and prepare for opening. The courses lost money the last two years, and will most likely lose $800,000 this year because of weather delays and loss of revenue. The money would come from the general fund. Peter Ujvagi, who represents district 3, believes the investment is worthwhile. Do you believe the city should take $700,000 from general fund and loan it to the golf courses?
