The lawyer for drug lord El Chapo is complaining that his living conditions in prison are "cruel and unusual" and asking for him to be moved to better conditions. The term cruel and unusual is also part of the Eighth Amendment to the Constitution in regards to treatment of prisoners. The phrase gets thrown around a lot though and can mean different things depending on the situation so I thought we'd ask you what you think it means. Is it something as simple as a lousy prison cell or something more dire like having to listen to Bernie Sanders and Anastasia Ocasio-Cortez?
