Former Vice President Joe Biden has entered an already crowded Democrat field for the 2020 campaign for President. Questions have arisen though about what type of President Biden would be. In the past he has shown an ability to work across the aisle but he's also been quite partisan while in the Congress. At this early stage in the campaign Biden is using dignity as his calling card and keeps repeating the word in all his appearances to set himself apart from Donald Trump.
