The golf world is having a problem with the amount of money one of its' stars paid a caddie after a recent $1 million pay day. Matt Kuchar who was using a stand in caddie for the Mayakoba Classic last November won over $1 million but gave David Ortiz just $5,000. Kuchar has been taking some heat for the pay day but has explained that he and Ortiz came to the agreement before the tournament and in fact had kicked in an extra $1k because he had won.
At the time Ortiz had no complaints and when Kuchar offered another $15k he refused it saying he didn't need Kuchar's money.
Kuchar has told reporters that he felt $5,000 was pretty good pay for a week.
