An "Angel's Christmas Wish," yes the Toledo Buffalo Soldiers shall assist! As some of you know, one of the entities the Toledo Buffalo Soldiers have adopted is the Wayman Palmer Community YMCA Center. Each year our Lucas County communities are awesome with providing toys to our kids during the Christmas Season.
Their mission during this celebrated Christmas Season is to grant a Christmas wish to an individual child. The Wayman Palmer Community YMCA places individual Angels on their Christmas Tree. Each Angel has a number assigned to a child, which reflects his or her age. The child list three Christmas wishes on their individual Angel. Their three wishes includes toys, and/or a clothing item with a toy wish. We have even had wishes for a father and a Christmas dinner. Reading their wishes are so touching.
Please join the Toledo Buffalo Soldiers in obtaining a Christmas Angel or more from the tree and grant an Angel's wish during the Season. All items must be delivered by December 10, 2018. The items will be given to the Angels on December 15th, during their Christmas celebration event.
