Philadelphia Eagles fans went a little crazy last night following the team's Super Bowl LII win over the New England Patriots 41-33. Police expected huge crowds and even took pains to cover many street light poles with a substance to hinder fans from climbing the poles.
Many fans found other, more creative, ways to celebrate. Property damage has yet to be totaled but is expected to be high for businesses that had windows smashed, awnings crushed, and inventory destroyed.
How can cities cut down on this type of celebration in the future?
