Allen Bishop On Tourette Syndrome Birthday Month

I interviewed Allen Bishop on Thursday about a very unusual birthday celebration he's throwing himself this year. Allen, a former Toledo area resident, suffers with Tourette Syndrome and is making his birthday an occasion for giving to the national Tourette Association of America.
