A video of councilperson Steve Steel appearing to be drunk at a local bar is leaving many with questions about his actions that night. Steel was found unconscious in the parking lot where his car was parked which would seem to show that he was prepared to drive home. In the video Steel is clearly weaving and appears in no shape to drive. Does he owe constituents a further explanation of his actions that night?
