One day care has decided to make it clear to parents that they should be paying attention to their children when picking them up. Moms and dads coming to the Rainbow Day Care center in Texas found a message posted on the front door.
In bold print they were told "GET OFF YOUR PHONE". The message went on to say the kids were excited to see their folks and the least they could do is pay attention to the children when they get them at the end of the day.
