Should Medina Spirit Run The Preakness- Wednesday 60 Minute Poll

It looks like Medina Spirit, winner of the Kentucky Derby, will run in the Preakness this Saturday following an agreement reached between the trainer and officials at the next race in the Triple Crown. According to Alan Rifkin the lawyer for Maryland Jockey Club "We reached an agreement with Mr. Baffert and his lawyers that allows for additional testing, additional monitoring -- essentially a watchlist to ensure the integrity of the sport leading up to the race, we're very pleased to have that, and we appreciate Mr. Baffert's patience and the way in which his lawyers went about it."

But should the horse, and trainer be given a second chance? Should Medina Spirit even be in the race or does it give horse racing a black eye? WEDNESDAY 60 MINUTE POLL
