TOLEDO, Ohio - A Toledo man has been charged with felonious assault, accused of beating a teen with a baseball bat.
WTOL 11 reports 18-year-old Terry Pearson of the 500 block of Mulberry Street is facing charges in the assault of 16-year-old Marcus Bailey.
Pearson is accused of beating Bailey with a baseball bat on December 15, leaving the teen hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
Police say Pearson was arrested with the help of several Crime Stopper tips.
