Turkish officials say they have audio and video recordings that support their claim that Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi was murdered. The Washington Post reports that the Turkish government has told American officials about the audio and video evidence it has. They claim Khashoggi was killed and dismembered inside the Saudi consulate in Istanbul. The audio recording is said to chronicle Khashoggi's interrogation, torture and murder. Khashoggi wrote for the Washington Post and lived in Virginia. He has been very critical of the Saudi government.
