(Toledo, OH) One weekend festival combines a couple of all-time favorites-- beer...and bacon.
The beer and bacon festival has proven popular enough its now in its fourth year at the Hungarian Club of Toledo on the east side.
There will be craft beer from 18 Northwest Ohio breweries, paired with Hungarian inspired bacon dishes, such as Hunky Turkey, Birmingham Hot Dogs, and Bacon Rice Krispies. The festival is a joint effort of the Hungarian Club and the Glass City Mashers craft brew club.
Tickets are 25 dollars in advance, 30 dollars at the door and include ten beer samples and gate entry. The festival runs 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday.
