According to a report out today from the Politico, Rep. Marcy Kaptur shocked some of her fellow Democrats in a Wednesday meeting. In the article by Heather Caygle, Kaptur allegedly said that the clothing choices of some fellow members and staffers were an "invitation" for sexual harassment.
