Fourth Person Charged In Shooting Death Of Maumee HS Student

TOLEDO, Ohio - A seventeen-year-old has been arrested and charged in the death of a Maumee High School student.

WTOL 11 reports Andrew Foster-Martin was arrested Friday. Police say they believe Foster-Martin committed the shooting in February that killed Collin Doyle, 17, and left sixteen-year-old Armand Batey paralyzed. He is charged with
