Rep Joshua Williams declares for the 9th Congressional District

Rep. Joshua Williams (R) District 44 has declared for the seat currently held by Rep Marcy Kaptur (D) 9th District. Williams is currently serving in the Ohio House representing District 44 and is currently serving as majority whip.
