Toledo Buffalo Soldiers Christmas Season

The Toledo Buffalo Soldiers MC celebrated the Christmas season with the community in 2024. It started with Walt Churchill Markets naming Earl "Tabono" Mack the 'Big Cheese' at this year's unveiling of the annual Cheddar Wheel and was followed by the employees of WCM raising funds and buying gifts for the Buffalo Soldier Angel Tree mission. Other local businesses stepped up with donations of funds or gifts including S&G Convenience Stores, Toledo Memorial Park, Lantz Dental Prosthetics, The Cock N Bull, El Tipico, and Frobose IGA in Pemberville.
While shopping for gifts for hundreds of local children the club also participated in the Wreaths Across America program, and this year included students from Ella P Stewart Academy, and MLK Academy.

The gift shopping took another break for the annual Maumee Rotary Christmas Party at which Maumee, Perrysburg, and Waterville Rotarys collected gifts and bikes for the Angel Tree mission. This is a multi-year project for the local Rotary clubs.

The Christmas gifts were collected in a central location and set for delivery beginning Dec 15th to over 300 children this year. Thanks to a generous donation of a truck from Penske Rental Toledo Buffalo Soldiers were able to make the final distribution Monday the 23 to Oakwood Gardens Apartments.

TBSMC couldn't do this without the generous contributions from local businesses and individuals who believe in the motto of the club DEEDS NOT WORDS. Merry Christmas to you all and a Peace Filled New Year.
