Toledo City Council is considering a proposal to roll back a law that says it's illegal for children to play in the street. The current law, which police admit isn't enforced, says it is against the law to “throw, pitch, toss, knock or bat any ball in, or along the street, lane or highway in the city or play any game of ball therein.” Council wants to repeal that ordinance.
