Toledo is considering a plan to increase the items for the city's recycling program. New items would include large appliances, scrap metals, and Styrofoam. The number of recycling events would also increase from 24 to 26. The proposal will be presented to City Council today. According to Dennis Kennedy, commissioner of urban beautification, "recycling is a feel good activity, people want to recycle". Should we expand the recycling program for Toledo?
