Freducation Week kicked off with an interview with the VP of Enrollment Management at Mercy College Lori Edgeworth. Lori spoke about the opportunities for work in the health care industry where a shortage of nurses has been a long time problem. But there are other positions in the health care industry also in hospitals and offices in billing, patient intake etc. Lori spoke about financial aid available and enrollment requirements also.
Mercy Health, a Mercy College partner, is holding a hiring event at the school on Saturday April 9th 11a-2p which is open to the public.
