A navy engineer and his wife have been charged with attempting to smuggle top-secret information to another country inside a peanut butter sandwich. Jonathan and Diana Toebbe are attempted to sell information related to Virginia-class attack submarines. In one case the information was hidden in a peanut butter sandwich.
