In a recent candidate forum the two opponents for Toledo mayor gave different ideas of what they think Toledo is. Former Mayor Finkbeiner wants Toledo to return to its' blue collar roots and use the brawn it's know for, while Kapszukiewicz says "we can use our brain too".
In your opinion is Toledo more of a brain or a brawn city?
