Toledo is in the process of creating a two way bicycle path along Jefferson Ave so that riders can travel from the Toledo Museum of Art to Promenade Park. The path would be separated from traffic by a barrier broken up at any street crossings and would have a traffic light system of its own to keep riders safe.
