Normally after the election a sitting President would concede, normally once the electors from each state were chosen a sitting President would concede, this is not a normal year. Despite more than 50 court cases being thrown out or deemed without merit President Trump so far has refused to concede. And now comes a story about a plan to change the election results in Congress when the electoral college votes.
