Did Ohio State Lose Because Of Refs? - Monday 60 Minute Poll

The complaining about the refs started in the second quarter of the game between the Buckeyes and Clemson Saturday night. Ohio State fans had no complaints while the Bucks were shutting out the Tigers but as Clemson began to score and close the gap fans started to complain that the refs were being paid off. This is a common complaint whenever OSU either loses a game or begins to fall behind. There is no evidence that any refs were paid off and in fact the penalty calls were almost evenly called by the end of the game. Buckeye coach Ryan Day whined about the calls in his post game show.
