TOLEDO, Ohio - A man arrested Monday night has been charged in connection with a plot to attack a Toledo area bar.
Vincent Armstrong, 22, was arrested Monday evening at the home on Willow Run Drive that he shared with Elizabeth Lecron. It's believed Armstrong is Lecron's boyfriend.
Lecron is accused of planning an attack on a Toledo bar.
Armstrong will appear in federal court Wednesday morning.
