Ohio's US Senators Split on Kavanaugh
Brett Kavanaugh Yale classmate and University of Toledo Law Professor Rebecca Zietlow was not a signatory of the letter from hundreds of law professors across the country asking the US Senate to reject the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, but does agree with her colleagues.
The letter states that Kavanaugh displayed a lack of impartiality and judicial temperament that render him unqualified to serve on the court.

The FBI probe into allegations that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted women finished late last night. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell initiated a cloture vote for Friday allowing all 100 senators 24 hours to review the single document to be held under lock and key.
If Friday's vote passes, there will be up to 30 hours of debate followed by a final confirmation vote as early as Saturday.
