A local organization received a grant to keep area waters clean.
Partners for Clean Streams in Perrysburg has been awarded a debris removal grant from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
The 62-thousand-dollar two-year grant aims to assist with increasing the scope of its cleanup programs. PCS says that the programs directly impact the amount of marine debris that pollutes the ditches, streams, rivers and Lake Erie.
