(Washington, D.C.) U.S. Senator Rob Portman received the Beer Institute’s “2018 Beer Champion” award on Wednesday.
According to the Institute, Portman was selected for championing tax reforms that allow brewers and beer importers to reinvest in their businesses, hire new employees, and continue to innovate and create America’s favorite beers.
Senator Portman received this recognition along with Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) and Representatives Ken Buck (R-CO) and Scott Peters (D-CA).
