(Oregon, OH) A new senior housing development is on its way in Oregon.
The Miller Valentine Group plans to build a four-story, 81-unit senior housing complex along Navarre Avenue next to the Oregon senior center and across the road from Pearson Metropark.
The complex will feature one and two-bedroom units, while providing senior care and services through the senior center. An in-home meals program, housekeeping, and transportation will also be available.
The Miller Valentine Group already owns several suburban senior housing developments in Sylvania, Perrysburg, and Whitehouse.
