COLUMBUS, Ohio - Convicted killer James Worley has received a stay of execution.
WTOL 11 reports the Ohio Supreme Court has issued the stay while Worley appeals his conviction. The appeal was filed back in May.
Worley, who was convicted for the murder of Sierah Joughin, remains on death row.
