According to a recent article in The Blade the city of Toledo is having a problem paying for some of the summer services it has been receiving. Mowing contractors and summer programming staff have complained to city council about the problem. The administration has come up with several excuses for the problem, none of which make much sense since the city received millions from the ARPA funding.
