The University of Toledo has canceled in-person classes through March 30 according to a statement to students and staff that classes on March 16 and 17 will be canceled, then on March 18 they will resume through remote online learning. The university is on spring break this week. This announcement comes after OSU announced the cancellation of face to face classes for the remainder of the month.
This afternoon staff at Washington Local Schools were informed of a Wednesday meeting of local school administrators to determine their course of action going forward.
According to the letter from Superintendent Anstadt they will "discuss procedures to keep our communities safe and healthy".
