Plan Commission to Decide Monclova Twp. Housing

(Monclova Twp., OH) The new housing boom is alive and well in Northwest Ohio.

The Lucas County plan commission will be asked today to approve a zoning change on former farmland a developer wants to convert into a planned-unit development.

The 17-acre subdivision in Monclova Township would be known as Williams Way with nearly 40 new homes on a long cul-de-sac.

The Monclova Road subdivision and its required zoning change are being recommend for approval by plan commission staff if the developer also provides pathways that connect to the Wabash Cannonball hiking and biling trail to Oak Openings Metropark.
