TOLEDO, Ohio - Lucas County voters will get to decide how TARTA will be funded in the future.
WTOL 11 reports the Lucas County Commissioners voted Tuesday for the TARTA plan to phase out the current property sales tax and move to a 0.5% county-wide sales tax.
Springfield Township Trustees have already voted no on the proposal.
With the Commissioners vote, the decision will go before Lucas County voters on the November ballot.
