TOLEDO, Ohio - A former Springfield High School teacher will spend three years in prison for having sex with a student.
WTOL 11 reports Kyle McKinch was sentenced Tuesday. He admitted last year to having sex with a fifteen-year-old student.
The maximum he could have been sentenced to would have been 20 years, but the teenager involved asked for the maximum not to be imposed.
