TOLEDO, Ohio - Toledo Police are searching for a missing Toledo teen who left school two and a half weeks ago and never came home.
Cierra Richardson, 16, left Whitmer High School on March 17th and did not go home. Police say she is 5 feet tall, weighs 125 pounds and has a tattoo on her right shoulder.
