(Swanton, OH) The Fulton County man accused of killing his former girlfriend before kidnapping their child will remain behind bars as he awaits trial.
27-year-old James Ramey's bond was set yesterday at $1million at his arraignment for aggravated murder and violating a protection order.
Police say Ramey gunned down Amanda Mangas, 23, this week at her Delta home, then ran to Indiana with their ten-month-old son. More charges are expected once the case goes before a grand jury.
