Texas Congressman Beto O'Rourke and Will Hurd are spending the next 18 hours stuck in a car together. Winter Storm Stella cancelled their flights back to the Nation's Capitol and the two decided on an old fashioned road trip. While driving, the two decided to hold an impromptu town hall on Facebook Live. O'Rourke, a Democrat from El Paso and Hurd, a Republican from San Antonio have been having a productive and bipartisan conversation with people from both sides of the aisle.
