SYLVANIA, Ohio - A man has been charged with the racist vandalism of a Sylvania Township garage.
WTOL 11 reports Osama Nazzal, 28, has been charged with one misdemeanor charge of criminal damage after admitting to police that he spraypainted a swastika and an obscene message on a Sylvania Township home.
Nazzal will be arraigned March 1. If found guilty, he could face a fine and jail time.
