The University of Toledo’s International Justice Mission: Campus Chapter is hosting its first ever Traffic Jam UT, a concert series with a carnival twist. Enjoy food, live music, and carnival games including 50/50 raffles with a prize basket drawing. The event begins at 3:00 p.m., entry cost varies depending on purchase date and enrollment at the University of Toledo. Entry fee comes with 5 tickets which can be used toward any carnival food/game of choice, more tickets are available at an additional cost or a VIP wrist band may be purchased for $25 which grants you entrance and unlimited carnival food/games.
As the first Traffic Jam of the University of Toledo, this event will help educate the community on the prevalence of human trafficking in the Toledo area while also providing a fun atmosphere. 40% of proceeds will be donated to the Lucas County Human Trafficking Coalition to aid human trafficking victims and the fight against human trafficking while the remaining sum will be allocated to the International Justice Mission: Campus Chapter so that they may continue to make a larger impact on the university by educating students on the issue of human trafficking.
